Events Organiser, Dubai
Exhibition & Corporate Event Tent
A custom-sized commercial tent with flooring, lighting, and air-conditioning for a corporate exhibition.
Installed on schedule
Key outcome of this project.
The Challenge
An events organiser needed a large, fully covered space for an outdoor exhibition and corporate function, comfortable for guests in the Gulf heat and ready by a fixed event date.
Our Solution
We planned the layout around the venue, supplied a high-durability commercial tent sized to the guest count, and installed flooring, lighting, and air-conditioning, followed by dismantling after the event.
The Result
The event ran in a comfortable, professional-looking space that was installed on schedule and removed cleanly afterwards.
