The Challenge
An open car park left vehicles exposed to intense sun and heat all day, and tenants and visitors were asking for covered parking.
Our Solution
We surveyed the site, engineered cantilever and double-post shade structures around the parking layout and driving lanes, fabricated the steel in-house, and installed durable shade fabric in the property's colours.
The Result
The car park now offers shaded parking bays with a clean, architectural appearance that complements the building.
